Established in 2015, Burgess O'Rourke Civil Engineering Ltd is a family run company, based in Cheshire. Between us, we've over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry, allowing us to provide high quality services to our clients. Our team has completed a number of successful larger and smaller scale projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
